Just purchased a file, the purchase went through andâŚ. Nothing. The file didnât open and I canât find it anywhere. Is there a place in Figma where all the purchases files are listed?Â

I found the file I âboughtâ through the Community browser and it still says âBuy for ...â, I canât download it.Â
I have a receipt.
Just had this happen to me. Did the below and found it; hope this helps. :)
Go to Settings â Community (via your avatar in the top-left), then scroll to the Community purchases section. Here you can view your purchase history, open purchased files, contact creators, or request refunds within 24 hours
Paid files arenât automatically added to Drafts. To access them:
Visit the Community page of the file you purchased.
Click Open to duplicate the file into your Drafts.
That file copy will appear in your Drafts with â(Community)â appended to its name
Enter your E-mail address. We'll send you an e-mail with instructions to reset your password.
