Where is the create ticket option on the web?

Have they removed submitting support tickets on the web and there’s just this button within the Figma file now?

When did they change this?

WHY DO THEY MAKE MORE AND MORE CHANGES FOR THE WORSE?

    I understand you’re looking for a way to submit a support request via a web form.

    You can still do this using the following link: Submit a request

     

    Here are a couple of ways to access the form:

    • You can find the link in this Help Center article: Get help with Figma

    • You can also access the form from the footer of the Help Center by clicking Contact > Get support

    I can see how the web form might be hard to locate. I’ll share this feedback with the team.

    It was easier before somehow… the web area to click and get to the form was easier to find.
