Where is text property on UI3?

I love Figma, it's my everyday use tool, but it’s really annoying that with each update figma change everything from his original place and you have to go back and search for where they put each thing again, horrible practice, please stop doing it, that's not helping, it's just making things more complicated and time consuming, everybody knows that things change it’s normal, but not with every 2 - 3 month update, come on.

Hii, I am trying to apply this text property to an input so the component allows to input the text from the properties menu as usual. When I do it through a string property added now to variables the input box on the component doesn’t appear anymore. Am I doing something wrong or have they also move this option somewhere else in the UI?

I have the same problem as ​@Maria Martinez Saiz, ​@Xiaojiao how do you proceed after the above steps. I could only see the list of variables not the property that i want to link text to.
