Hi, I want to buy the pro just for me but I have a ton of people from past projects (most of which I don’t even know) that I would gladly remove from my contacts, from my projects, from everything.

How do I do it?
Where do I find the list of peeps somehow linked to the files i own, so that I can just ban them from projects/teams/my life?

Can someone walk me through or point me at a resource that does it?

Hey David,

To remove people from your files and projects in Figma, here’s what you can do:

  1. To remove access in your files

  • Open a file > Click the Share button in the toolbar in the top-right corner.

  • Click the team member's permissions, you’ll see a list of people who have access  From there, you can remove anyone by clicking the dropdown next to their name and selecting "Remove"  to remove access to the file.

  •  

 

  1. To remove members from team:
    - From the file browser, open the team and click Admin.
    - Open the People tab and find the name of the team member from the list.
    - In the name’s row, click  and select Remove. 
     

As a reminder, owners and admins can remove team members or adjust their access.
