I really need help figuring out how to turn on AI in my Figma account!
I’m a paid full-seat user, and the account owner (my boss) has enabled AI. I do have access to Figma Make and can even edit image with prompt inside my design files, but I still don’t see the Figma AI icon.
I’ve also submitted a ticket to customer support, but no luck so far.
Please help 🙏

Can you clarify what you’re referring to when you say “AI Button”?
Regarding your question, to access AI tools within a Figma Design file, please look for the Actions toolbar (shown in the screenshot below). This is where you can access various tools, including the AI features -- are you by chance in draw mode on accident? Here’s also a help page for reference:
