I believe this was changed, but I don’t understand how is it possible when resizing an image that you need to press SHIFT in order to keep the aspect ratio. Is there an option to change that default behaviour?

Hey @Bru_Mas_Ribera, sorry for the confusion and delayed reply!
You can still resize and keep aspect ratio by default. Just be sure to use the scale tool to proportionally resize layers and objects, activate it using the K shortcut.
