In Figma, when opening an overlay, the hover effect is not working for the components in the overlay. I have tried clearing the cache, which fixes the issue temporarily, but it soon reverts to not working. However, when I open an incognito window in my browser, the hover effect works without any problems. I work on my prototype across three different Windows PCs and view it on a tablet and mobile.

Thanks for flagging! You could also try disabling any browser extensions you might have installed, such as ad blockers. If you do have them, could you try disabling them one by one to see if it resolves the issue?
