When i make an update in a component the instance override the content

I created a component library that has been used for some people. But when i make a little change in the main component respecting then layers names, or just change de auto-layout typograph people say that when they update the document the instance override to the content in the main component. 

I already tested in my own file and it doesn't happened anything. I don't know what to do anymore.
