It shows that your typography or variable is forced to be bold with a font weight of 700, without changing its values. Its a quick way to make a text bold (Ctrl+B). If you want a bold variable you need to add a String Variable bold in your Variable Panel and set the value to bold. Then apply it to your text style or typography.
