What can I do if my rate limit rhas been exceeded? help please I need to do a usability test in Lyssna

Hello Everyone,

 

I am studying UX design online- and I need to run a usability study. I have my very simple functional lo-fi prototype ready and when I was going to set it up in Lyssna I made the mistake of asking Gemini to guide me ste by step for fear of making a mistake (jokes on me). Well, everything seemed fine until I was told to add my link to every section I was adding for every step I wanted the users to take and BOOM i got restricted not being aware that there was a rate limit. I am using the free version and waited 4 days and now that I tried again its not working and telling me to wait few more days. I cant keep on waiting and im frustrated and sad. Can anyone help me understand what to do next? and if paying a Figma plan would fix that problem right away? 

 

I would really appreciate some help.

Hi ​@Mariana Chariv, thanks for reaching out! 

I completely understand how this must have disrupted your workflow. Credit limits are currently enforced for users on Starter plans. Starter plan users have a daily limit of 150 credits. If you reach your daily limit, you can continue using AI features the following day. But keep in mind that full seats on a Starter plan only include 500 credits per month. 

If you reach your monthly limit, you won’t be able to use any further credits until your limits fully reset, the following month. Hope this helps explain!
