Weird text height & alignment

I have 2 texts in this file.
Those both have the same height, font, width, alignment. But one of them looks like having actual line height shorter than the line height set to it.
You can see the file above. Although I am not sure you would see what I see, so I did record a video: select them both, then change the vertical alignment.

That weird alignment text is from a component that I have used in several files. And I don’t want to replace it with a new text layer because it may cause unwanted text reset.
