I'm writing to you regarding my Figma Professional account. On August 14, 2025, while I was in the process of adjusting our seat count (reducing Full seats from 3 to 2 and removing the Developer seat from 1 to 0), the account was unexpectedly upgraded to the Organization plan.
This upgrade was unintentional, and an unanticipated charge was made to my credit card while settling a pending invoice. As we only require two Full seats, the Organization plan is not feasible for us.
I kindly request that the account be downgraded back to the Professional plan and that the excess amount charged be refunded. I have already submitted a ticket regarding this issue.
