Waiting for a Response from Figma Support Team for Over 3 Days

Hello Figma Support Team,

 

When I previously contacted your support team, I was informed:

“Please reply directly to this email. Even if this ticket is closed, replying to this ticket (email) will reopen it on our end, allowing us to review the previous ticket details. Therefore, please respond directly to this email.”

Following this guidance, I recently replied to the email. However, the ticket status remains “solved,” the ticket is still closed, and I have not received a response.

 

If my request has not been reviewed yet, I would appreciate it if you could check and reply to my email. Thank you for your time.
