W9 Request to pay Invoice

I have been trying to pay our Figma invoice but have gotten no response from the billing team when I respond to the emails as I am told to do.

I am on an organization account switching from a CC to invoice payment method and need a W9 to process the invoice. 

How/where do I got to get a response?

Also, to update your billing contact, here are the steps: 

  1. Open the file browser by logging in to your account at figma.com.
    • If you’re in a specific Figma file, you can access the file browser by clicking > Back to files from the toolbar.
  2. Select Admin from the sidebar.
  3. Select Settings at the top of the page.
  4. Under the Billing section, click Billing contacts.
  5. Add email addresses (xx@xxxxx.com) for your billing contacts, separated by a comma.
  6. Click Save.
