How can you remove the link āOpen in VS Codeā in Dev Mode and restore the MCP connection at the initial state (Iād like to open the connection wizard as I did the first time).

OK my fault I did not know that Open in VS Code was a feature of dev mode, but then again how is it possible to reopen the MCP wizard?
