Whole program has visual bugs. Am I the only one having these problems? Is there any information on when this will finally be fixed?

I noticed that the corners of the toolbar do not appear rounded and the help menu is transparent, but we were unable to replicate the issue on our end.


To help us better understand what’s happening and begin troubleshooting, could you please check the following for us?



  1. Check if the problem happens on the Desktop app only, on supported browsers only, or on both.

  2. See if the problem only happens in a particular file or in all of your files.

  3. Try these basic steps to see if things get better:

    • For browsers: Close all your tabs and open Figma in a new browser window.

    • For the desktop app: Close it and then open it again.



  4. Clear the app or browser cache to check if this resolves the issue.

  5. Try using Figma in a incognito/private browsing window to see if there’s any difference.

  6. Try accessing Figma on a different network, like a mobile hotspot, to see if the problem continues.


If step 5. works, the problem might be caused by an extension in your browser. Can you try turning off your extensions one by one to figure out which one is causing the issue?


If step 6. fixes the issue, it might be because of your current network settings. I suggest talking to your IT team. For more details, please refer to: Check your network settings


If the issue persists after trying the suggested troubleshooting steps, please let us know the result.
