Vídeo nao reproduz no celular

Olá amigos, espero que estejam bem!

Estou tendo um problema na visualização do protótipo pelo celular, o vídeo não reproduz. Ele aparece e some. Pelo computador ele reproduz normal. Alguém poderia me da um help?
