Good morning, I am trying to create the animation of a voice assistant, I have created the individual frames with the audio files and animations in smart animate and they work perfectly when played individually, however when I link them to create a single flow all the effects do not work.
can you please help me.

Hi Federica,

I tried to replicate something similar and made a few prototype-level adjustments that might help:

  • In the prototype settings, I changed the transition type and adjusted the delay timing to better sync with the animation and audio.

  • I also disabled loop playback on the video/audio layer to make sure it doesn’t restart when the frame changes.

You can see these changes in the screenshots I’ve attached.

Thanks for the help, this is partly what I was looking for...more in depth I'd like help for the following frames were there is the chatbot audio and user audio
