Hello - the higher education institution that I teach for (OpenClassrooms) is on the list of approved schools, but I don’t have an email address associated with the school (none of the educators do). 

I filled out the form to verify and selected the appropriate options but ran into an error.

Reached out to figma support and they rejected my request since I am on a starter account (I was on an education account).
