Using Sans Serif Collection Font in Figma

Hello,

I am trying to use a sans serif font in my Figma design, but I only see the sans serif collection of which the option to change the font weight from regular is not possible.

What is the default sans serif font being used by Figma’s sans serif collection so that I can have the ability to fully edit it including changing its weight?
