Hi everyone,

I’m wondering if anyone has dealt with this before or has advice on the best way to get in touch with someone at Figma. 🙂

I’ve been trying for the past two weeks to set up my education account, but I haven’t received any response. Right now, Figma isn’t recognizing my @fsusd.org email as eligible for an education account. When I tried adding my students to my team, it only lets me create four projects, which means my students can’t make their own.

I couldn’t find a direct email or phone number on their website, so I’m stuck. Has anyone else experienced this? Do you know the best way to reach someone at Figma, or if there’s a specific contact for education accounts?

Hey ​@Ms Kile - sorry for the trouble! Can I get some info from you first?

We just recently implemented a new system for setting up education account, so I want to make sure you’re working with updated information. Were you having trouble running through the process outlined here? There’s a new process that requires identification through SheerID, and I think that’s where we need to start first.


I also saw your support emails that you filed already - I escalated them on my end, so you can receive additional support that’s specific to your education status. Lmk if you don’t hear back or still run into issues.


Hi! I did go through that process and it stated that my email was not recognized so I filled out the form. I have not heard back.
