Upgrade educational plan

After checking our backend, I can confirm that you are verified for Education status and have access to 4 student teams, but it appears there is no starter team.
Therefore, you should already have access to the Education plan benefits through those student teams.

If you require additional student teams, you can follow the steps outlined in the “3. Create, upgrade, or join a team” section of the following article: Verify education status.

Thanks for your reply. I understand that my team has already upgraded. However, I cannot make multiple pages in one FigJam board. is that function out of my plan??

Thanks for replying! Yes, unfortunately, there is a limitation in place.
FigJam pages are not available to K-12 organization or student teams at this time as mentioned in this document. - Create and manage pages in FigJam
