Currently, I have 7 full sheets as research on my professional plan, and it will be renewed on the 27th of this month. I want to renew only 5 full sheets when I renew because I need fewer sheets. How can I change it?

I took a look at your Figma account associated with your forum email address, and it looks like your Annual plan actually renews on 26 September 2025. Thirty days before your annual plan is set to renew, (26 August 2025), you’ll see a banner at the top of your Figma admin. Click Review seats to open a modal to adjust the number of seats on your plan for your next renewal.

The seat review banner doesn't show up because I have about 6 days left to renew, how can I change it?
If it is renewed based on the number of active seats, do I just need to activate the number of seats I want to be renewed?

As I mentioned, your Annual plan doesn’t renew until 26 September 2025, so your renewal window and seat review banner should appear 30 days before that date on 26 August 2025.
You may be confusing your Annual plan with the Monthly plan on your account that renews on 26 August, but this plan doesn’t have any active seats that will renew.
