I’ve messaged support twice over the last 2 weeks, I have yet to receive a response.
I have seen similar issues with getting the desktop app to work but nothing quite like what I am experiencing. I am currently stuck in, what can best be described as, an infinite login loop.
My issue looks like this:
- I launch the Figma desktop app (on Windows 10)
- App opens but I am greeted with a message that says: ‘Session timed out’ and then a black button that reads: ‘Log in with browser’
- I click the button, browser opens
- I select my account
- The desktop app refreshes and then the same message reappears
- Loop continues
I have no idea how to remedy this and I am, honestly, annoyed that after 2 attempts contacting support about this, I’ve received no aid.
Can someone please assist with this? I know that you can use Figma in-browser, and I have been, but I much prefer to use this application in its desktop form.
Any insights that can be shared would be greatly appreciated!
