Despite my verification, I am unable to activate my AI plugin and the profile keeps showing that I am in a Starter Plan despite applying for an educational plan. When I complete the upgrade plan an error pops up showing that my invoice cannot be fetched right now. Can you please assist as my students are unable to leverage the tools and features in my project team.

I can confirm that you are already verified on an EDU plan for your team: AJIT BHAGAT PESU Design Faculty.
But as Gleb mentioned, AI features are only available on a limited beta, so it’s likely that you don’t see the AI features, because your account hasn’t been added yet. We are not able to manually add anyone to the Figma AI beta at this time, but we are still rolling it out to individuals over the coming months, so please stay tuned!
