Unable to share files

Since the last update (116.10.9) I cannot share some files, figjam or figma. The share window will show a spinning wheel icon and the only way to share the file will be to logout and log back in. I use a VPN and also change my default browser to Firefox from Chrome (Mac) so not sure if that has anything to do with the sharing bug.
Thanks

Hey, sorry to hear this is happening! I would suggest trying to clear your cache as a first step to see if that helps improve anything. I would also suggest trying from another network such as a mobile hotspot to rule out any network or VPN issues.

If you are still experiencing an issue. Please reach out to the support team directly via this form for help: https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Be sure to use your Figma account email, share a video recreating the issue, and share it with support-share@figma.com so they can take a closer look.

I think that the VPN might have something to do with the inability to share files. I am troubleshooting a similar issue at the moment - I sent a screen recording to Figma and the support team can’t even open a google drive link from me.

Thanks. I had the same VPN running for a couple of years with Figma with no issue. It seems to have been started since the last major Figma update. The thing is that if I close a Figma file and reopen it then usually it works fine. Sometimes I need to logout. I will also revert back to using Chrome as the default browser and see if that makes a difference.
