Hi there! Figma AI features and settings are not enabled for users who are a part of an Education plan. 

To give you more context, currently, Figma's AI features are available to customers on paid plans: Professional, Organization, and Enterprise plans, and we aren’t expanding access to more Starter/ Education users at this time. 

If you’d like to explore these tools, I recommend considering our Professional subscription. With this plan, you'll gain access to the AI features, unlimited files, and additional design and collaboration tools.
