Unable to remove full seat from plan

Just recieved my yearly invoice and it hs doubled in price.

Figma has decided to add another full seat to my account. I am unable to remove this using the account dashboard.

I have submitted a support ticket but heard nothing - how on earth do I do this? And where is the support Number to call for help?
