After clicking this Publish button, it leads to the next image attached, which does not have Publish button.

What does this mean for publishing Library?
This file is part of education Team and is also part of a project folder.

Hi @Radhika1, Thank you for reaching out about this.

Thanks for sending over those screenshots! Sorry you're running into this. Comparing your second screenshot with what I see, it looks like the [Publish library] modal is getting cut off on the right and bottom, where the [Publish] button should be.

To cover the basics, could you please check a few things?

  • Is this happening only in a supported browser, in the desktop app, or in both?
  • Could you try these basic troubleshooting steps to see if there's any difference?
    • Close any unused Figma tabs.
      • For the browser: Force-quit your browser and reopen Figma in a new window.
      • For the desktop app: Force-quit the Figma Desktop app and restart it.
  • Is the problem limited to a specific file, or does it occur with all of your files?

If the issue persists after checking the above, please let us know. I can then connect you with our support team by creating a ticket on your behalf to take a closer look.

Thanks again for reaching out!

Hi @Radhika1

I'm Toku, and I work with Junko on the same team. Thanks for sharing the details – they were really helpful! It's great that you can publish in the desktop app, but it does seem a bit odd that it's not working in the browser.

I've checked on my end, and it's still working fine, as you can see below:

If you have any extensions like ad blockers, could you try disabling them and then opening the file to see if you can publish your library?

If the problem continues, could you please submit a bug report with the steps that led to this issue? You can do that by following this link: https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/articles/360041468234-Submit-a-bug-report

I hope this helps! Thanks for your patience.
