UNABLE TO HAVE ROTATE (circular)

I am unable to rotate it continuously even after i watched the tutorial please help

You rotated variants, but you need to rotate a star inside them instead. Also, all animated layers should have the same name.

Thank you but still it didn’t work maybe I’m doing something wrong in prototype can you show me so that I can crosscheck .
