Unable to Attend Config India 2026 Due to Flight Cancellation

Hi Figma Config Team,

I was thrilled to have been selected to attend Config India 2026 in Bengaluru and was genuinely looking forward to being part of the event.

Unfortunately, my flight from Mumbai was initially delayed and subsequently cancelled due to operational issues. My original itinerary included a connecting flight via Goa to Bengaluru, and despite trying to make alternative travel arrangements, I was unable to reach Bengaluru in time to attend the event.

I am attaching a screenshot of the airline's WhatsApp communication for your reference. Please note that the screenshot mentions the Mumbai–Goa leg of my journey, as Goa was my transit point before Bengaluru.

It was genuinely disappointing to miss an opportunity I was so excited about. I wanted to inform your team about these unforeseen circumstances and ask whether this unavoidable absence could affect my eligibility for future Config events.

I would love to apply again and have the opportunity to attend a future edition.
