Unable to access this link


Legna-

I can't access all the links of figma. It says "This website cannot be accessed". I need to open a VPN to access it normally, but other colleagues of mine can access it normally. The computer has been restarted and the network is normal. I don't know why I can't access it. I want to ask if anyone has this problem and how to solve it?Thank you!

Hi! You might want to check if the file access settings have changed, sometimes the file owner may have updated the sharing permissions.

Also, this could be due to a browser cookie or session issue. Try the following:

  • Clear your browser cookies, or open the link in Incognito/Private Mode.

  • Make sure you're logged into the correct Figma account (especially if you have more than one).

  • If it still doesn’t work, you may want to ask the file owner to double-check the sharing settings and resend the link.

Hello, thank you very much for your answer, but now I can’t even access “www.figma.com”. All links related to figma, without a VPN, all show that the website cannot be accessed.
