Unable to access my figma account

In the meantime, just to share a bit more context: if an admin can't access the organization, it may be because they are not assigned the organization admin role, which grants access to the Admin item in the file browser to manage members, billing, teams, and settings. Only organization admins have these rights. Issues with login or authentication settings could also affect access too, so it’s worth ensuring the admin is properly assigned and authenticated.

That said, the best next step is to wait for the support team’s response, as they’ll be able to look into your specific case in detail. You should hear back from them soon.

Hi Gayani. Thank you for reaching out the issue with me. Unfortunately I’m not sure why I got that warning message. In my company we only register 4 seats (dev organization). My three members got warning message that said as below. As you can see the admin is my account: Winny Claudia Anggreacia

But after I access my account, I also got the warning message as below attachment. Meanwhile, I will wait the support’s team to solve this issue as per recommendation. Thank you so much
