Could you please check the Drafts and Trash for every team you have access to?

If you happen to have more than one account, giving the other account a quick check would be incredibly helpful.

Also, could you please take a look at the followings?

  “Drafts to move” > “Drafts” tab and “Deleted drafts” tab

  Trash > make sure to apply the appropriate filter

If you’ve searched through all the locations mentioned above and still can’t locate your files, please inform us.

We will then proceed to create a support ticket for you so that we can give you the dedicated help needed to resolve this issue. At this time, we can’t guarantee the recovery of the file, but we will do our best to assist you.

For the support ticket, it would be helpful if you could prepare the URL(s) of the missing file(s) or the file name. You might be able to retrieve the URL from:

• Your web browser’s history.


• Any previous conversations where you might have shared the file with colleagues.


• The ‘File > Recently Closed’ menu if you’re using the desktop app.
