Добрый день! Очень нужна помощь, участник с правом на просмотр каким-то образом удалил файл. У него платная версия фигмы, у меня бесплатная, не знаю влияет ли это как-то, но я не могу найти файл у себя в удаленных, зато этот файл есть в удаленных у него. Он не может восстановить файл, есть только опция “Duplicate to Drafts” при нажатии на которую выходит сообщение об ошибке “You do not have permission to duplicate this file”. Может кто-то сталкивался с похожей проблемой? Файл важный, но мы не можем его восстановить

Typically, anyone with edit access to a file has the capability to delete or restore it for all collaborators. Additionally, anyone with either edit or view access can duplicate deleted files to their drafts. : Delete and Restore Files


If the file appears in the Deleted tab but there’s an error when trying to “Duplicate to Drafts” we might need to examine the current state of the file more closely.

When contacting our support team, please make sure to provide the following information:



  1. Please use Figma account email address.

  2. Share the name of the file

  3. Brief video recording of the issue would be helpful - please include the entire screen
