Turning multiple frames into a component instance

Is there a way I can turn a normal autolayout textbox frames into an component Instance, without having to copy the component and replace existing texts one by one. For example I have multiple mobile pages that is not linked to a component as below, is there a way to click all the text boxes and link it into becoming a component instance?
