Tried something but failed to animate on the text layers

I want to make sure we're on the same page — it looks like you're working in a Figma Design file and using Figma agent to animate this loader text, is that right? And by tagging Motion, are you referring to the Figma Motion timeline, or just the animation behavior you were trying to prompt?

The ability to create code layers inside Figma Design was just announced at Config 2026 and is currently in closed beta. To learn more and request early access, have a look here: Code layers.

In the meantime, I’d like to share more context with the product team:

• Were you able to take this over to Figma Make and get the outcome you were looking for there?
• Can you share more about the text layer itself — what's the loader design, and what was the intended interactive behavior?
• If you're up for it, I'm also happy to loop in our Product Support team for a closer look at the file. That'll help bring more clarity on potential limitations and solutions.
