Transfer Pro account to Org account

Hi Figma team,

We upgraded to a Org plan from a Pro plan last week.

I submitted a ticket last week to Figma about guidance on how to transfer the entire account (users and content) to the new plan but I haven’t heard back from anyone.

We’ve been billed annually for the new Org plan and an invoice was issued.

Our old Pro plan will automatically renew on 24 March and I am concerned that we will end up double-paying.

I have looked the KB articles and I have asked our users to backup their content but I need support and guidance from the support team to ensure it goes as smoothly as possible.

Can someone please escalate this urgently?

I’m sorry you haven’t heard back yet, and I understand the urgency with the Org plan already invoiced and the Pro plan set to renew soon.

It’s great that you’ve reviewed the Help Center articles and had your users back up their content. I understand you’re now looking for direct guidance on transferring your users and content to the new Organization plan to ensure everything transitions smoothly.

I’ve located both of your tickets (#1780716 and #1786242), and I can confirm the team is reviewing them. I’ve also escalated this internally to help move things along.
