Hi Figma team,
We upgraded to a Org plan from a Pro plan last week.
I submitted a ticket last week to Figma about guidance on how to transfer the entire account (users and content) to the new plan but I haven’t heard back from anyone.
We’ve been billed annually for the new Org plan and an invoice was issued.
Our old Pro plan will automatically renew on 24 March and I am concerned that we will end up double-paying.
I have looked the KB articles and I have asked our users to backup their content but I need support and guidance from the support team to ensure it goes as smoothly as possible.
Can someone please escalate this urgently?
