Hi,

 

I am moving out of the company and want to transfer my Professional license(Annual Plan) which is valid for another 6 months, to a new user who is taking over from me. 

Can someone help me with this?

For anyone else in the community who finds this post and is in a similar situation, here are some steps you might want to consider:

  1. Update team billing: If you handle the billing, update the details before you transfer ownership so the subscription continues smoothly.
  2. Transfer team ownership: Only the current owner can do this.
  3. Leaving the team: You won't automatically be removed when you transfer ownership. You can leave yourself, or an admin can remove you.
