Says it all right here. “Too many prompts, wait and try again soon. Request ID: 7b50ccc3-3ebb-4f14-8286-d038ccb39f7c”.

I paid for the Professional team (monthly) subscription to Figma.

Why are you limiting my access before March of 2026? It’s not what I agreed to when I made these monthly purchases before that date in time. I’m getting ripped off.

This program also is *terrible* at saving my work, and I have had to re-correct it almost every single time I reopen the program up to continue my classwork. So even if I agreed to this, the program forces me to spend time fixing up what it didn’t decide to save. After multiple fail-safes I have put in.

Stop. Wasting. My. Time.

Give me access to the program I paid for. This is a class with a deadline, and I’ve already tried moving this project into a different program, the functionality does not translate over.

Never using this after my class. What GARBAGE.

I literally cannot use this program to turn in this assignment now.

Thanks for that. AI was supposed to be helpful.

Anyway to help me, community?

Hey @Troy GamerTag Leeroy Jenkins, thank you for sharing your honest feedback!

The "Too many prompts, wait and try again soon" message indicates that you've hit a rate limit , this happens when too many prompts have been sent in a short period of time (read more).

Here's what you can do:

• Wait for a short time and then try your prompt again - the rate limit will reset automatically

• While you wait, you might want to review our best practices for Figma Make to help you get more from each prompt when the limit refreshes

Unfortunately, there isn't a way to bypass the rate limit immediately, but it should reset relatively quickly. Once it does, you'll be able to continue with your urgent project.

I also want to acknowledge the bigger issue you raised: This program also is *terrible* at saving my works.

Based on what you have shared, your Figma Make isn't saving any changes you make between sessions. To help us understand what’s going wrong and get this addressed properly, could you share a bit more detail?

  • Does it affect all files or just specific ones?
  • Does the issue persist after clearing the browser's cache and cookies, and restarting Figma? Our supported browsers are Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge. We also encourage you to test it on another browser as well.
  • Could you share a screen recording of the steps leading to the issue, with the entire window in view? This helps us reproduce the issue on our end, so capturing all steps and windows would be super helpful.

Thank you for your help!
