Toggle text input panel with dropdown ON an overlay

Hey all. I have an overlay dialog full of settings. There is a dropdown with two options. I would like the second option to enable a text input field next to the dropdown (and similarly, the first option should disable it).
The dialog is an overlay. The dropdown is a component with an overlay for content selection.
How do i enable/disable the text input without it screwing up the overlay?

I’m doing my best to understand what you’re aiming for, but I’m not entirely sure if I’ve got it right. One suggestion might be to use conditionals to enable or disable based on the options you choose.
