Hello, I have been developing a project for 7 months, and it was placed in a separate file. I have the desktop version. A few days ago a 403 error appeared in the project, I can’t open the file, and I don’t have it saved anywhere. The project is due in a few days. I deleted the cache, everything was fine with the Wi-Fi connection, I tried distributing mobile Internet, rebooted the computer, updated the application. I can’t figure out what the problem is. Help, please, I’m in a panic.

403 errors generally indicate that there may be an issue with permissions or authentication preventing you from being able to access your file as expected.
Thank you for trying to troubleshoot yourself, can you please confirm the following:
Is it happening in the browser, desktop app or both?
If this is happening in the browser can you log in to another browser and try loading the file? Our supported browsers are Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge.
Is this issue specific to one file or all your files?
If it’s occurring for a particular file, we’d appreciate if you could send you support team the file URL.
Our support team usually takes up to 24 hours to reply back to emails - tends to be quicker than that in normal circumstances.
