The design file that i created,it disappeared. Where can i find the file?

Today, when I opened Figma, I found that one of the RAR-APP files I created disappeared from the recent list, and several other created files were gone.

Hey @shengsheng, could you confirm if the files were drafts?
For users on a Starter or Professional team, we’ve relocated where your drafts live. You’ve been asked to move your drafts into a team space.

Also, could you check if someone else has edit access to these files? Would it be possible that these has been moved to a different project or team?

Do you have a URL of the missing files? Our support team can investigate further, if you’re not able to find them elsewhere. You can search for the link in your browser’s history, or ask collaborators who may have it.

Hi @shengsheng

You can search file thanks to the search bar, located on the top left corner of the home page or you can, if you use the Figma application open a new tab (command+t and Ctrl+t on Windows) then search from here.

If you still not able to find your files: on the home page, in the left panel, go to Draft and then to Deleted, you shoulde be able to see everything that has been deleted. If you are on a entreprise plan or above you may contact your admin to look more in depth in the Admin settings

Thank you very much for your answer!

By trying, I still can not find my file through search bar 😭, and the Deleted also do not show my RAR-APP file( I did not deleted this file), so I do not know Why did my files disappear and no records can be found 😭
I remember an error when the file was opened(but I forgot to save the screenshot). According to the options on the screen, the only things I can do is close the file , and then it disappear and no records can be found 😭

    I don’t remember the details, but I’m really new to Figma, so I don’t know how to put the files into the team project, so the files I lost must be draft files.

    It says I don’t have permission to open this file, can you tell me what I should do?
