MacBook Pro Pro M3, this is what the application window looks like. It only works in the Safari browser. How can I solve this problem?

Hi @Anatoli,

I understand that you’re experiencing a loading issue with the Figma Desktop app, while everything works fine in your Safari browser.

First, please try this quick fix:

  • Force-quit the Figma Desktop app and restart it.

If the issue persists, please check the following:

  1. App version: Is your Figma Desktop app updated to the latest version?

  2. System requirements: Does your machine meet the system requirements to run the desktop app?→ Guide to the Figma desktop app

  3. Network environment: Are you using the desktop app behind a firewall, proxy, or VPN?→ Check your network settings

If all of the above checks out and the problem still occurs, we suggest fully uninstalling all Figma apps using an app remover, restarting your computer, and reinstalling the latest version from Figma Downloads.

If the issue continues even after that, please reach out to our support team directly using this secure form: Submit a request

When contacting us, please include:

  • A video recording of the issue (showing the full Figma screen)

  • A copy of your desktop app’s debug info (found under Help > Troubleshooting > Save Debug Info)

  • A link to this forum post for context

This will help our team investigate the issue more effectively.

Thanks,

Thanks,

Thank you for your reply. Yes, of course, I restarted both the application and the computer, and did so more than once. I installed the beta version, deleted the application files via the terminal, and reinstalled it. The version is: Figma Desktop App version 125.9.10 Optimized for Apple Silicon. My computer is a MacBook Pro Max 16 M3, with enhanced memory attributes and so on, 48 GB of RAM. Network environment: of course, I tried with and without a VPN. I'll make a screen recording now.

For some reason, the platform does not send video files, so I posted a recording of the application screen and debugging information in the cloud (link above).
