Teclados não estão funcionando

Como posso resolver o problema de atalhos? Pois os mesmos não estão funcionando, e os poucos que funcionam, não estão no padrão original.

    Hey ​@Marllony De Paula, thanks for reaching out and apologies for the delayed reply! 

    I don’t speak Portuguese, so I hope it is ok that I reply in English. 

    Can you please confirm that you’re using the correct keyboard layout? 

    From the Help and resources ? icon in the lower, right-hand corner of your file, select Change keyboard layout… 

     

    From there, select the correct Keyboard layout from the drop-down menu. This should fix any keyboard shortcut issues you’re experiencing.
