Team upgrade not showing

I also have the same problem. Had a free account, but now that company is paying for the license using my same company email, It still says it’s free

Hey @Alejandro17 - first, apologies for the delay in reply to this. I split your response from the topic you originally responded on into it’s own, to keep things tidy.

I did some research, and I’d like to ask you for more info:

Subscription upgrades are based on teams, and not account. Meaning, if your company is paying for a seat that is assigned to you, you would only have access to paid features in the specific team they added you to.

It looks like you may have this access on a team that has “Master” in the title – do you recognize that team name? If so, you should be able to see paid features for any work you do in that team specifically.

Let me know if that doesn’t sound correct.
