We are currently experiencing a critical issue accessing our Figma team account. The login email address is hosted on servers inside Iran, and due to ongoing internet disruptions, Figma is unable to deliver the verification/login codes to this email address.
As a result:
- We cannot log in to our account
- We are unable to renew our premium subscription
- We currently have no access to our design files
This issue is severely impacting our work.
Is it possible to transferring account access and team admin ownership to another member of our team who previously had editor-level access.
