Today I was charged for a subscription, which I did not want to renew and on the same day I wanted to cancel it. I have already canceled the subscription, please tell me how long it will take to get the money back to my card. Thank you!

I’m Denise from the Community team at Figma. When you cancel your subscription, you continue to have access to your Figma plan and products until the next Billing date.
From what you’ve described, since you cancelled the day you were charged, you likely still have access to your plan until next month. Cancellation doesn’t automatically process a refund.

If you do not believe you will use your plan through the next month, please let me know. My team here on the forum cannot assist with Billing, but I can try to connect you with support, if needed.
