Subscription payment

Today I was charged for a subscription, which I did not want to renew and on the same day I wanted to cancel it. I have already canceled the subscription, please tell me how long it will take to get the money back to my card. Thank you!

This credit should reflect on your account within the next 5-10 business days.) Can you double check if you have received well our message? They are waiting for your response. Please let us know!

This is odd, I can’t see your ticket on our backend. Have you used the email address associated with your Figma account? (pixxxxxxxk0@gmail.com)
If this is not correct one, please share the right address mail (via DM if possible so we can protect your data here). We can submit a request for you to the support team directly. Please let me know!
