Students cannot open FigJam assignment on iPad/Android tablets (Education account)

Hi, I’m using a Figma Education account and linked a FigJam assignment in Google Classroom.  
On desktop, students can open and submit the assignment normally, but on iPads and Android tablets they cannot open it properly.

Some devices ask for repeated login authentication, and others say the account is already registered but still don't load the file.

I also checked the support request page, but I cannot submit a ticket because my account type doesn’t allow direct support.

Could you help clarify:

1. Is this a known limitation for Education accounts on mobile devices?  
2. Are there specific browser or login settings required for iPad/Android?  
3. Is there a workaround for students to open and submit FigJam assignments on tablets?

    Hey ​@SUACHA - thanks for posting and bringing this to our attention.

    There definitely seems to be something off here. I can’t say with certainty, but I wonder if there may be restrictions on some of the tablets your students are using (since this is only happening on tablets). For example, if your school has put in any type of safety applications stalled, they may be affecting redirection of your student’s logins

    The tablets are issued by the school, correct? When you have a moment, can you PM me the name of your school? Thank you!
